On November 29, 2022 Hon. Judge Susie Morgan entered Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law in the consolidated Jefferson Parish Landfill cases.
(Addison et al. v. Louisiana Regional Landfill Co. et al.; EDLA Case No.: 19-11133 c/w 19-cv-14512 and Ictech-Bendeck v. Waste Connections of the Bayou, Inc. et al; EDLA Case No.: 18-7889 c/w 18-8071, 18-8218, 18-9312).
The ruling follows a two week bench trial on general causation that was held in January and February 2022.
