Our Story
"Nick, Eliza and myself have been working together as teammates and colleagues since 2010. The three of us quickly connected over our approach to practicing law and what we want to see in a law firm.
Needing to take legal action can be stressful an overwhelming. Many of the people we know have reservations about calling a lawyer, and don't know where to begin if they are having legal issues.
We didn't want to want to work for a turn-and-burn, ambulance chasing law firm. We didn't want to prioritize getting a quick check. We wanted to help people like our friends and family, who need support, but don't know how to get it. We wanted to provided people with the protection they deserve, while also to helping them better understand their rights, and work together to find the best available solutions.
That's why we formed Forrest, Cressy & James.
