Eliza, a central Pennsylvania native, fell in love with the people and culture of New Orleans shortly after her arrival in 2010. Prior to attending law school, Eliza graduated with honors from the University of Pittsburgh where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts with degrees in Italian Language and Literature, Political Science, and History.

Eliza joined Forrest Cressy and James, LLC as a partner in 2018. Prior to joining Forrest Cressy and James, Eliza was an associate attorney at a regional law firm specializing in mortgage servicing litigation, bankruptcy, and contract disputes.
Eliza is passionate about serving her community and providing legal services to underserved populations, especially women and children in need.
Eliza received her Juris Doctor from Loyola University of New Orleans College of Law in 2013. She is admitted to practice in all three federal districts within the state of Louisiana as well as the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Eliza is a proud member of the Louisiana Association of Justice and serves as a contributor to the Louisiana Association of Justice’s monthly bar journal.
Eliza specializes in litigation and represents a wide range of individual, consumer, and institutional clients at the trial and appellate level. Her practice areas include civil litigation in state and federal courts with a special focus on complex personal injury matters, mortgage servicing litigation, and mass actions.
